Shipping Methods and Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped promptly via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking information. Please ensure all checkout fields are filled out completely to avoid delays.
Shipping Options
- Domestic Shipping: Will arrive in around 4 business days for standard
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout and processed with priority over standard shipping.
- International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier options (DHL or USPS).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of the carrier. Any claims for lost or stolen items must be filed directly with the parcel service handling your shipment.
Important Notes
- We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
- Shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order is placed.
